Welcome to Washington County’s Shoppes at Quail Acres, featuring 11 Specialty Shops and other businesses, including the exceptional fine dining restaurant, Palazzo 1837 Ristorante and Tavern 1837.
Originally called Mulberry Hill in the 1700’s, the property became known as Quail Hill in 1837 in honor of the estate’s builder, William McAlpine Quail. In the 1990’s, the main house, also referred to as the Quail Mansion, was restored along with the adjacent Carriage House, several out buildings, and the estate’s original barn. Today each building offers a variety of specialty services and unique shopping experiences on an historic 1837 estate.
The Shoppes at Quail Acres are conveniently located at the intersection of Route 19 and Racetrack Road, just ½ mile from the Meadows Racetrack Casino, Tanger Outlets, and Interstate 70. Additional directions can be found on our contact page.
